Mico solver
started Zumba Fitness back in October of 2010 and just right away fell in love with it. He's lost 45 pounds since and definitely keeping the weight off and keeping healthy. People started coming up to him saying that they love watching him dance because he makes it look very fun. And that is his ultimate goal for teaching Zumba Fitness, is to have a great workout while having tons of fun.
Melissa Aaron
Melissa has had a love of dance from a very young age when she was first introduced to Tap and Ballet. She's discovered a renewed passion for dance, specifically "dance fitness," as an adult, first with Turbo Jam and Zumba, now with Felix's new fitness phenomenon – Pachanga Fitness. With a combination of various activities including dance fitness, ballroom dance, hiking, and healthy eating, Melissa has been able to lose over 80 lbs and keep it off.
Melissa believes that life without movement is no life at all and encourages everyone to find some form of enjoyable exercise. "If you don't love it – keep looking! There is something for everyone."
Nicole King
After a lifetime of experience between the world of Dance and Athletics, Zumba is a phenomenal format which allows nicole to put the best of my skills to use while having an amazing time doing it! I adore teaching while also helping people towards their health and fitness goals and cannot think of a better way to do so! My promise is to have you smiling by the end of class while you burn calories and the additional benefit is that you will not only meet some incredible people, but you will also party your stress away in the process. So on that note, please come to my classes and be prepared to lose yourself in the rhythms and music!!! Zumba, Pachanga, and Zumba Gold Certified.
